On 21 October, NYSE-listed High Roller Technologies announced the commercial launch of ROLR, its real-money prediction-markets platform, now open to eligible US customers. The company expects the business to contribute revenue from Q4 2026. ROLR ran an invitation-only beta from 15 September, walking the full chain — registration, identity verification, geolocation, funding, order entry, position management, settlement, withdrawals, customer service — before opening the doors.
Three ledgers are worth a close look. The rail is Crypto.com | Derivatives North America: all event contracts come from CDNA, and High Roller never touches customer funds. The tech stack comes from an exclusive license and development deal with mrkts.com — source code in hand, the customer-facing app owned outright. Distribution rides on established partners: Lines.com (4M+ social followers), Forever Network (20 billion online impressions in 2025) and Leverage Game Media, plus $26 million raised in January. No self-built exchange, no in-house clearing team, no acquisition network built from zero.
Back to platform selection. The plug-in module route to prediction markets already exists; High Roller shows the other end of the spectrum — even a listed company borrows rails, tech and traffic instead of chewing through infrastructure. Operators weighing the vertical for their product mix should run a three-layer account: licensing rail (CFTC self-certification vs a licensed partner), core stack (licensed vs built), and whether a distribution network already exists. The integration model matters too — draw the front-end/back-end responsibility line in the contract before you sign, so switching rails later does not mean surgery.
